This is an excellent park with beach access. Some sites are a little tight, but overall are adequate. Wi-Fi is rather expensive, but signal is generally good in the beach area. Laundry has many machines. We camp here every October as my husband enjoys the surf fishing. Convenient to shopping centers and grocery stores. We will definitely return. The rate reflects one free night for every paid six nights.

The owners are very friendly, helpful and are constantly working to upgrade the park. Concrete patios are being extended. We had a nice pull through site with ample room. Restrooms were very clean. The laundry room needs some attention as it was not as clean as the restroom. The road leading to the campground is narrow with several dumpy looking homes, but the campground itself is neat and tidy. We will use this campground whenever we are in the area.

This is our favorite campground in the Meridian area--easily accessed from Interstate 20, very clean, quiet, level concrete pads, and friendly, helpful staff. While there is no recreation for children, it is an excellent choice for adults. The rate reflects Passport America rates and it is a great bargain.

This is the best campground in the South Toledo Bend area. Asphalt roads and sites are in good condition. We always get one of the premium sites that has a waterfront view. Sites are spacious. Some sites have a drop off that makes it a little hard to navigate for those of us with bad knees. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming beach, a boat launch, and good hiking trails. The campground is well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of sewer hookups, but we would not stay at any of the other campgrounds in the area. Our rate reflects the Golden Age Pass discount.

The pull-thru sites that we always use are wide and long enough and are fairly level. Roads and sites are gravel. The campgrounds caters to families and has much to offer during the summer--planned activities, swimming pool and water zone, pond, nature trails. We like to take our grandchildren here for a few days each summer. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stop at this campground whenever we are in the area. Our pull through was long and level with a good view of the river. There is a small chapel located in a grove of trees. Swings and a walking path are a nice feature in this area. There is also a river walk path. The grounds are landscaped and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This campground is excellent--paved roads, concrete pads, lots of space between sites, covered picnic tables. Our site even had a swing. We were there overnight, so we didn't have time to check out the fishing in the lake.

Our site was fairly level with a view of Indian River inlet. The campground was clean and quiet. There is a sidewalk leading to the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Bridge construction next to the campground was not a problem. If you entering the campground from the south, watch carefully for the park entrance sign as it is easy to miss.

Our site (H46] was level and adequate in width and length. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi connection was good. The pet walk was nice with a trash can provided to dispose of waste. We would stay here again.

We camped in a pull through in the new section. Roads are limestone and well maintained. Our site was long and level with a concrete patio, but rather narrow. Trash was picked up at the site and the grounds were well maintained. Sites in the older section looked tight. We didn't use Wi-Fi as it was $5.95 per day.

We had an awesome waterfront site. The view of Chesapeake Bay was breathtaking. Our site required minimal leveling and was of ample size. Our only problem was low electrical voltage, but we ran our water heater on propane and used the furnace instead of the heat strip. I don't know if other sites had this problem, but the view makes up for the slight inconvenience. The staff was friendly. Wi-Fi is not available at the site but is available in several different places in the campground.

Although the annual rental sites appear to be very congested, we had a great site overlooking the water [site 68]. It was very spacious. They do not take reservations over the phone because they do not take credit cards. The gravel roads had pot holes but they were grading them as we left so that may have solved the problem. We would camp here again.

We had a nice long, fairly level shaded pull through site. The Wi-Fi was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although a little distance from Fredericksburg, the campground is a good base for touring the area. We would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Bay Saint Louis since hurricane Katrina wiped out much of the area. Formerly Casino Magic, the Hollywood Casino has rebuilt in the same spot. While many of the beautiful old trees did not survive, the campground is still very attractive. Roads are paved, and we had a nice concrete pull-thru. Shuttle buses run frequently to take you to the casino. Even if you don't like to gamble, the buffet was great. The entire area is making a giant effort to rebuild and should be congratulated on the progress they have made.

This is a nice, new park off Interstate 95. Roads are excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our site was paved. There are several gazebos in the park which provide nice places to relax in the shade as the trees are not big enough to provide shade. This is a great overnight stop.

We had a nice, shaded pull through [site 74] which required minimal leveling. Avoid site 62 if you have slides as it is narrow. Rate reflects senior discount. We would certainly stay here again when in this area.

Because there are many permanent campers, there are not many sites available, so make reservations ahead of time. This is a clean, neat park. The owners are friendly and helpful. There are no bathrooms. There was ample room for our slides.

This is a nice, clean park with level sites and easily accessed from Interstate I-81. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our site was of an adequate size and required minimal leveling. However the area around the site was rather hard to navigate because of tree roots and uneven ground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet connection was good. We would stay here again if in the area.

The campground is spread out. Our site was at the top of the hill overlooking the lake and was very scenic. Some of the sites further down the street seemed a little tight, but ours was satisfactory. The roads were part paved and part gravel and could use some work. We would stay here again.

We camped here during the Apple Blossom Festival thus the higher rate. We had a nice concrete site with ample room. However, some of the other sites seemed to be closer together. Someone led us to our site and was helpful in getting us into the site. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
